Classes, Open Studio and a Chance to Explore
SCOSAG has a variety of opportunities for you and your child to explore the arts! From structured 6-week classes to birthday pARTies to "drop-in" Open Studio Hours, SCOSAG has many options to fit your busy schedule. We believe that the arts impart all people with important intellectual skills, and that creative fun can be found any and everywhere!
To register for a class or Open Studio, either pick up a form in person, contact us to have us send you a form or click on the link below to open the registration form. Print the form, fill it out, then mail or deliver it along with payment to:

KID'S CLASSES

Kid's Clay Class
Students will work on handbuilding and WHEELTHROWING! Learn how to
make bowls, rattles, tiles, and more!
6 week course, $80**class takes place at the Potter's Workshop

Jaxon's Comix
Super Heroes! Manga! Graphic Novels! You will work on your own comic
book while learning perspective, figure drawing, and how to construct
visual narratives.
6 week course, $70

6 to 7pm
Jewelry JIVE
Students will work with an experienced jewelry maker in a variety of
styles: found object, beading, shrink plastic, polymer clay,
ceramics,and more! This class is for beginners and experienced
jewelers alike.
6 week course, $80

PAINT/PRINT/BOOKMAKE
Explore painting with watercolor and acrylic, relief and monotype
printing, and bookmaking. Kids will be encouraged to make mixed media
pieces using a combination of these techniques!

Let's make ART
TOGETHER!!!
Do you need some quality time with your kid(s)? Learn a bit of
pottery, painting, drawing, and work on projects together under the
guidance of an arts educator.
6 week course, $100 for 1 child and 1 adult, $25 each additional.
Under 2 years, FREE!

Open Studio Pass:
Join us for a one-hour exploration in the medium of their choosing under the guidance of a highly qualified SCOSAG art instructor. All materials are included. No previous registration is required--just let us know when you are coming in! To make an appointment call 865-0060 or email scosag@gmail.com .
We keep your pass on file, so you don’t need to worry about
anything except getting your young artist to the studio! This
is also a great opportunity to invite a friend.
Tuition: $10 per student per hour five years and up.
Or $75 for 10 hour pass
Ages: 5 and up
SCHOLARSHIPS
SCOSAG offers sliding scale tuition to help families that require assistance.
Families can receive up to 90% tuition break.

To apply: submit a copy of your current tax return (1040) with your registration form, you will be contacted about the scholarship amount.
